It is the policy of SMCO Quality Services (SQS) to provide services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of both internal and external customers.

SQS is committed to performing its activities in compliance with customer requirements, applicable legal and statutory regulations, and the requirements of relevant international standards and accreditation bodies. This includes compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17020:2012, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and the requirements of the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC).

The organization ensures that all services are carried out by competent and qualified personnel and that adequate resources, equipment, and methodologies are available to maintain the quality, reliability, and integrity of inspection, testing, and related services.

SQS is committed to maintaining the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System (IMS) and to continually improving its performance through regular monitoring, internal audits, management review meetings, customer feedback, and the evaluation of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This Quality Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing the organization's quality objectives and supports the achievement of the strategic goals of SMCO Quality Services (SQS).

The policy shall be communicated, understood, and implemented by all employees and relevant personnel within the organization. It shall also be made available to interested parties and reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
